Like fine wines, beef flavor & texture are influenced by breed, growing region, diet and the unique skills of those who raise it.

Canvas Underground is excited to host a tasting with The Artisan Beef Institute & The Oliver Ranch Company, a purveyor of beef that hand-selects natural or organic artisan ranchers who produce delicious, signature styles of beef. Please join us for this limited-seating event at a private home in San Francisco.

Roasted NY Strip Loin From Various Ranches

Small Plates including: Sweet Potato Agnolotti, Wild Mushroom and Chicory Salad, and Ancho Chile and Cypress Grove Goat Cheese with Pumpkin Seed Sauce
